The Role As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to lead school-wide improvement, uphold our high academic and pastoral standards, and champion a culture where every student is supported to reach their full potential
You will play a pivotal role in curriculum leadership, staff development, and the day-to-day operational excellence of the school
What We're Looking For Qualifications Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or a Postgraduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree supported by a recognised CPD qualification in educational or organisational leadership (e.g
NPQSL or equivalent) Experience Minimum 6 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels UAE or international school experience is a distinct advantage Personal Qualities ·        Genuinely student-centred, placing learners and learning at the heart of every decision
·        Achievement-driven, with a proven track record of raising standards and improving student outcomes
·        A role model who demonstrates high expectations in teaching, learning, and professional conduct
·        A collaborative and visible leader who inspires, motivates, and develops both staff and students
·        Excellent English communication skills (bilingual candidates are preferred)
·        Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations, policies, and compliance requirements
·        Experienced in data analysis, using evidence to inform decision-making and drive school improvement
·        Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills, with the ability to lead change effectively
